We ordered take-out and, given we paid £29 for two portions of spaghetti bolognese, the portions we received were shockingly tiny. Children's portions in fact. I would not have paid the £15 per portion price for the two tubs we received. To add insult to injury the pasta was underdone and the sauce was too sweet for bolognese. Almost like it came out of a jar. Certainly not the fresh from scratch that it was proported to be. Was meant to be a birthday treat we had been looking forward too. Very disappointed.

We ordered our dinner for collection and got a confirmation email saying it would be ready at 18:10, which was already a 40-minute wait, but when we arrived the waiter was rude and told us the order had only just come through and we’d have to wait another 40 minutes if we still wanted it, so we left and went elsewhere to which he responded .. no problem bye! it’s really frustrating that you’re accepting orders, sending confirmation times, and then not having them ready because you cannot cope with the demand.

Unfortunately for you I never bing roude ,especially you cam in my house,my bistro 🇮🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿…you send you order 45:00 before you are arrive…the Mealzo machine send me a ordere in the same time you are arrive…Fratelli D’italia are 100% top customer service .next time try to be nice yourself
